
The Mindfulness Center is an overall wellness center devoted to bringing mindfulness to all dimensions of life for both adults and children. The Center offers stress management classes that encompass meditative awareness, stress reduction, and mindfulness for personal fitness and other lifestyle programs for optimal well-being.

We are excited to introduce NEW classes to our schedule: Yoga; Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm (starting Feb. 10th) Women's Circle; NEW TIME: Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00pm Stretching Mindfully; Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30pm (starting Feb. 10th) Wellness Qigong; Thursdays from 9:00-10:20am Biodanza; Thursdays from 7:30-8:30pm Stress Management; Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm The Soul Salon: Level I; Fridays from 10:00-11:30am Tai Chi; Fridays from 6:00-7:00pm Drumming Circle; 1st & 3rd Fridays of every month, 7:30-8:30pm Yoga Qigong; Saturdays, 12:00-1:00pm NEW TIME: Nia is now also offered on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30, starting the week February 10th!
